Document Management (Knowledge Management) Any form of digital resources (documents, audio, video and URLs) can be systematically stored in Digital Library (DL) and made available to other users. The librarian can define the tree-structured catalogue of the DL. DL has got powerful search with full-text and Boolean capabilities. Bookmark functionality and history of last few accessed documents is available for all the users. All these will assist users to easily access the desired documents. Any user can submit a document, which will have to be approved by a designated expert before being uploaded to the DL. DL can be used for storing and providing access for internal users and other associates to e-journals, e-books, Thesis reports, Project Reports and other freely accessible documents.
