9. The Awarded Contractor shall be required to keep the building secure and in full operations as a Volunteer Fire Department Building during the entire length of the construction project. The Volunteer Fire Department will cooperate with the Contractor regarding temporary relocation of vehicles during the day; the building shall be secured each night before the contractor leaves. 10. The Awarded Contractor shall not discuss any changes with concerned citizens, firefighters or the Chief of the Fire Department; any changes or deviations from the specifications may only be authorized by the Project Manager, Mr. Jimmy Branca. 11.
