" EUROPE INBO 2013", PLOVDIV Examples of recommendations Ensure that the measures of the 2nd RBMP and 1st FRMP make full use of green infrastructures and Natural Water Retention Measures, as they are potential tools for ensuring synergies between the two Directives and sustaining the ecosystems. The assessment of the environmental and resource costs (ERC) in the context of the costrecovery analysis is still a major issue for Member States and requires clarification of the operational methodological elements or examples.
