The alumni cell of BIMTECH is in the process of starting a new US Chapter. STORYTELLING SESSIONS Mr. Yogesh Bellani, CEO, Field Fresh Foods Pvt. Ltd. (Del Monte) Alumni conduit of Bimtech, Greater Noida successfully organized its 3rd story telling session on January 20, 2017 with Mr.YogeshBellani, CEO, Freshfoods Pvt. Ltd. It was a privilege and great pleasure to have Mr. Bellani with us for this session. As Alumni are the key stakeholder of the institute and this session was the opportunity for motivating students and also helping them in understanding what is expected from them as a leader in the corporate world. Mr. Bellani started the session quoting how cultural conditioning helped him perceive his passion towards his career. With his examples of incidences during his studies, he explained how awareness precedes change. He stressed on how perseverance helped him in his life to find his own belief and leaded his way to start his career in Del Monte in 2008. His interaction helped students to learn how resilience helps to stand up with self-belief. The need of the hour is making relationships that add value which need not always be monetary. He explained the concept of Benefit of Doubt and how it helps reaching to the judgement. He ended up by concluding that people in corporates should be appraised on intents and efforts and not the outcome. And also he advised everyone to be a good human being, make a good profession and great quality of work will lead the way to GREAT SUCCESS. 02
