KEY ACHIEVEMENTS: There has been a tremendous growth of the sense of independence and responsibility among the young people that I have seen through High School. There has been a clear understanding on the part of my students the need to shun the retrogressive custom of FGM ( for the Kisii girls) and the need to embrace male circumcision (for the Luo boys), for Misambi High School is constituted of learners from these two ethnic groups. Fostered a keen sense of industry and justice in the youths I have taught since Literature is a subject about the journey of life. 3

Besides, my extensive knowledge in the area of relationships has enabled me to guide several youngsters succeed in cultivating healthy relationships 4

with their both spouses and the extended families. A good number of the people who have benefited from my counselling are now able to peacefully and responsibly support their families. This expertise helped me amicably solve the problem of the child custody case I had with the mother of my daughter on August 20, 2009, when, upon listening to my side of the story and my proposal for the resolution of the same, the Children s Court in Nyamira allowed us to resolve the matter out of court. The resolution I suggested as so far served the best interests of our daughter and our own individual interests as parents.
