No further information concerning the status of the application is given until the members of the admission board decide. The chair of the Admission Board Resources Engineering signs a Confirmation of Admission for each prospective student. 2.5 The Resources Engineering Office will notify short-listed applicants about this decision. The Resources Engineering Office sends the Confirmation of Admission to the prospective students via e-mail and via s-mail. Acceptance of admission 3.1 The prospective student sends a Letter of Acceptance via e-mail addressed to the members of the Admission Board within two weeks after receipt of the e-mail.
