Year 2 Suggested Remediation Suggested Remediation Spelling Concepts If a student scores poorly with any of the spelling concepts: Identifying Sounds, Counting Sounds, Segmenting and Selecting Graphemes they will benefit from the following teacher-led, whole class activities: Chants and Actions (use Let s Sing the Sounds CD, pages 12 13 in the Teacher Book or Online).
