Students of AIDED School for the year 2013-14 In continuation of this office letter of even number dated 14.03.2014, I am directed to convey the administrative approval of Director (Education) for release of plan funds under Scholarship/Merit Scholarship Free Supply of Stationery to SC/ST/ OBC/MIN Students in GOVT. AIDED Schools for the year 2013-2014 to the following detailed below :- Districts as S.No District C-1(1)(3)(9) for OBC/Min. Students 1 South West-A 5,00,000/- Total 5,00,000/- 2. Requisite funds to respective AIDED Schools may be released after taking expenditure sanction from the competent authority. 3. Scholarship/Merit Scholarship to SC/ST/OBC/Min. students" shall be disbursed as per the guidelines issued by Department for welfare of SC/ST/OBC/Min.GNCTDas given below: (1) SC/ST/Min. students who are pursuing studies in class I" to VIII,h no percentage is required. (2) To those SC/ST/Min. students of Classes IX to XII who have secured either 55% and above but less than 60% marks or 60% and above marks in the preceding annual examination

(3) To those OBC students of Classes VI to XII who have secured either 55% and above but less than 60% and above marks in the preceding annual examination. (4) (a) Attested Copy of Cast certificate in the name of students /father,( in case of SC/ST/OBC) & affidavit ( In Non-Judicial stamp paper of RS 10/-) (in respect of Minority students) by parent/guardian declaring in his son/daughter belonging to particular Minority Community (b) Attested Copy of ration card/epic/aadhar Card/Land line telephone Bill of MTNL/ Driving Licence issued by GNCTD and Domicile Certificate issued by SDM in /Pass Book of Nationalised Bank. (5) Family income limit is not applicable in case of SC/ST students but family income should not exceed from Rs 2.00 Lac per annum in case of OBC/Min students, Self declaration of family income in the prescribed format shall be treated as certificate of income. (6) A student is allowed to avail the scholarship either under the State Plan Scheme or Centrally Sponsored Scholarship Scheme, whichever is beneficial to him/her. (7) The district shall confirm enrolment of SC/ST/OBC/Min. Students of Classes I to XII in each AIDED Schools in 2013-2014 draw these funds from PAO and release those funds to SC/ST/OBC/Min. Students of AIDED SCHOOLSat following rate. (8) No district shall release funds more than their allocation to AIDED Schools proper accounts shall be maintained to district for these funds. The budget has been allocated to district DDE as per number of SC/ST/OBC/Min Students provided by them. Utilization certificate of funds released last year to schools, if any, may be obtained before release of funds now. Free Supply of stationery to SC/ST/OBC/MIN students shall be disbursed as per the guidelines issued by Department for welfare of SC/ST/OBC/MIN, GNCTDas given below:

a) Those SC/ST/OBC/MIN students who are studying Classes I-XII b) Family income does not exceed Rs 2.00 lacs per annum Self declaration of family income in the prescribed format is also required. c) Student's attendance is not less than 70% in preceding year. d) Caste certificate in the name of the students / his/her father name in respect of SC/ST/OBC issued by the competent authority of the i.e. SDM/Dy. Commissioner,. However in case of SC Students if the caste certificate not issued by the competent authority of Govt. of Domicile Certificate of is required. In case of Minority students (including Jain Community), declaration of minority status of the students by parents in form of affidavit of denomination of Rs 10/- and proof of residence of for 3 years. In support of proof of residence anyone of the documents namely ration card /EPIC/ Aadhar Card /Landline telephone Bill of MTNL/Driving Licence issued by GNCTD and Domicile Certificate issued by SDM in!
