Notre Dame College Changing the world one student at a time Transfer Guide for Lakeland Community College Notre Dame welcomes LCC transfer students! This guide provides information to assist Lakeland Community College students in selecting courses for meeting applicable Core and Major requirements at Notre Dame College under NDC s 2016-2017 Catalog. Transfer credit is awarded for all college-level coursework (numbered 1000 and above) in which a grade of C- or higher is earned. Bachelor s degree requirements include earning a minimum of 36 semester credits of upper level (300 and 400) coursework. Sometimes a community college course is counted as fulfilling a content requirement of Notre Dame course even though the Notre Dame course is a higher-level course. Please note, however, that no upper level credit is granted for the transferred course. No course can count toward two core requirements. A major cannot be earned at NDC without some courses from the major taken at NDC. For clarification of NDC s requirements, call the Advising Center at 216-373-5383.
