Bristol Township Recreation Summer Camp Program Bristol Township Recreation Department is requesting permission to use Mary Devine/Ben Franklin building for their summer camp program, scheduled for June 20 - August 5, 2016, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with an additional request for a couple extra days for camp set up and the use of a building for the end-of-camp performance in accordance with Policy #707. Approve the use of Mary Devine/Ben Franklin for the Bristol Township Recreation Summer Camp Program from June 20 - August 5.2016. with a request for extra days for set up and the use of a building for the end-of-camp performance in accordance with Policy #707. Budget Transfers: In order to conform to Public School code and Board Policy, it is necessary for the Board to approve the budget transfers whenever the transfer involves a change to the fund, function or object code. The list of budget transfers requested for January will be presented at the Planning meeting. Approve the 2015-2016 budget transfers requested January 2016, which are presented at the Planning Meeting as Appendix P-13 9. Organizational Membership In accordance with School Board Policy #917, it is mandatory for all organizational membership to be approved by the Board of School Directors. In addition, each membership must include the necessary justification listing the benefits that will accrue to the district as a result of the membership. Approve the organizational membership for Dr. Melanie Gehrens, Superintendent and Bristol Township School District. to Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce, in the amount of $280. A copy of the request was presented at the planning session in Appendix P-14

Organizational Membership In accordance with School Board Policy #917, it is mandatory for all organizational membership to be approved by the Board of School Directors. In addition, each membership must include the necessary justification listing the benefits that will accrue to the district as a result of ttle membership. Approve the organizational membership for Mr. Lyndell Davis, Truman Principal in the amount of $250. A copy of the request was presented at the planning session in Appendix P-15. 11. Award of Bid Award asbestos abatement bid to Prism Contracting of Drums, PA, lowest responsible bidder for the James Buchanan Elementary School, for an amount not to exceed $192,769, in accordance with all bid specifications. 12. Award of Bid Award asbestos abatement bid to Prism Contracting of Drums, PA, lowest responsible bidder for the Emerson Elementary School, for an amount not to exceed $126,929, in accordance with all bid specifications. 13. Resolution Approve parameters resolution for Bank Qualified General Obligation Bond Issue, per the attached, subject to review and approval of the District Solicitor. 14. Agreement The Local Educational Agency Responsibility Agreement between Bristol Township School District and Woods Services is being presented for approval. This agreement signifies that Bristol Township will supervise the services for Jane Doe, a Bristol Township Student, who is placed in a Residential Treatment Facility. Approve the Local Educational Agency Responsibility Agreement between Bristol Township School District and Woods Services.
