This competition will be held on Saturday, 29, 2017. This will be our final competition day, art show, history project show and awards ceremony day. Also, weather permitting, it would be a great day for an on campus picnic. Please mark this fun filled day on your calendar. In the following pages you will find: A reminder of the objectives of this program. A reminder of the guidelines for selection of committees, judges, and coaches. Information on each category to aid in making registration decisions. A registration form to be filled out for each student (additional copies available in office). COMPETITION CATEGORY INFORMATION WRITTEN OR ORAL MASTERY EVALUATION CATEGORIES (To be evaluated on days indicated) It is our desire that our students take to heart Colossians 3:23-24 And whatsoever ye do, do it, as men; Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ. For this reason, we are aligning this year s competition more with our curriculum. All students will be encouraged to do their best as always throughout the school year and all students will go through the rounds for Bible Memory, Math, and Spelling. In addition, 1 st 8 th graders are required to complete a history project. These rounds will be held the week of during school.
