It houses the only business programs accredited by the International Association for Management Education and the only School of Public Affairs in CUNY. An integrated liberal arts and professional education empowers Baruch graduates to compete successfully in the modern workforce. The most highly selective college of CUNY, Baruch welcomes students capable of profiting from a rigorous program. The school's curriculum stresses communication skills. An Honors Program with scholarships is available for students with superior records. Situated in the historic Gramercy Park area, the college's community enjoys ready access to many of New York's cultural attractions. A new 700,000- square-foot academic complex was completed in 2000.
