OTHER EXPENSES (in CHF - Swiss francs) Compulsory Health Insurance: Health and accident insurance is mandatory for all students, except for students of Swiss nationality or those whose parents are residents within the territory of the Confederation. The parents of these students must submit a certificate of insurance from a company located in Switzerland recognised by the Swiss government. This insurance includes the basic coverage (hospitalisation, doctors and medicines), subject to a deductible fee of CHF 100.- per year. Monthly fees or part there of 17 years 160.- 18-24 years 350.- 25 years 430.- These prices are subject to change The additional costs: Additional charges, such as optional activities, private lessons, school material and a contribution to medical charges, will be billed at the end of each term and must be paid in full before the start of the following term, or will be deducted from the deposit for short courses. It is recommended that students bring their sports material (ski, racket of tennis) in order to avoid rental fees. The students are responsible for their key, in case of loss the key will be replaced at the student s charge. Pick-up service: on request of the student, the school organizes a pick-up service from and/or back to the Geneva airport. Cost one way: 270.- CHF Extension of studies: a new application form will be sent to parents and is to be returned duly signed at the earliest in order to plan the availability of the accommodation. Only the payment guarantees the final booking. In the event of cancellation of the extension, the school must be informed in writing. Refund of deposit: The refundable deposit must be paid with the first fee before the student s arrival, provided fees have been paid in full. The deposit will normally be refunded after the accounts settlements. Without any news from parents one year after the end of the stay, it will be transferred definitely to the Du Pasquier Foundation.
