Not Profit Description Please describe your organisation and its activities Euroform RFS is an Italian VET and adult training institution established in 1996 and accredited by the national government of Italian Republic. It operates in sector of vocational and adult training as well as career guidance. Initially being established in Cosenza city, Euroform has been expanding in the following years in other Italian cities: Turin and Naples. Euroform RFS organizes basically tailored training courses in different sectors regarding safety on the job, international trade, business administration and marketing, project management and administration, Italian language courses for foreigners, protection and management of environment, sustainable tourism, import and export, ecc. It has developed training on-the-job, e-learning, blended training as Euroform RFS gives a particular attention to ICTbased training, innovative training methods. It is important for Euroform RFS to link training to the labour market, in fact one of the main activities is to organize work placements and it has implemented numerous mobility projects permitting to VET and higher education students to do work placements in Italian companies. Euroform RFS has been acting for many years in organizing internships for VET and university students in Italian companies operating in various areas: ICT, engineering, mechanics engineering, business administration, editor, graphic design, economics, marketing, public administration, accountancy, tourism, veterinary, Italian cuisine, catering, equestrian, architecture, agriculture, alternative energy resources, ecc. European Commission has accredited Euroform with VET Mobility Charter 2015 2020 (2015-1- IT01-KA109-004882). for a numerous qualitative mobility projects (incoming/outgoing) implemented. Euroform RFS also organizes training courses for VET and other educational experts, and staff members. Also organizes meetings, visits, round table discussions in a wide range of subjects, including thematic regarding the analysis and the comparison between the different European educational systems, schools management, the international cooperation among schools, the comparison and study of innovative methodologies in education and training, orientation and guidance, ICT based learning, validation and assessment of learning outcomes, informal and non-

formal learning. Euroform RFS also has developed several tools (ECVET and own tools from participation in previous Transfer of Innovation projects) for transparency in validating and assessing the learning outcomes obtained during the mobility period. Euroform RFS from 2014 makes also a part of EURODESK Network which contributes to the promotion and orientation of different EU programmes dedicated to youth. Euroform RFS has realized hundreds of mobility projects (as coordinator and hosting partner), is also a part of Erasmus Consortium ARTES (on its VI edition) promoted by Conservatory of Music Stanislao Giacomantonio. Since 2014 Euroform is also officially accredited as a Labour office by the Labour ministry of Italian Republic that means that we assist to integrate or re-integrate to the labour market, we are oriented in balancing the demand and supply of the labour market as well as to assist in preparation of the training programmes more oriented to needs and requirements of the labour market. What are the activities and experiences of your institution in the fields concerned by the application/project? Euroform RFS organizes training courses for more than 10 years and releases qualifications recognizable under the regional law. Since 1997 Euroform RFS has been organizing transnational mobilities under the framework of different programmes. Being an intermediate/ receiving organization of mobility projects Euroform RFS has developed qualitative services offering the e-learning activities on pre-departure orientation and Italian language course, as well as ECVET and own tools in evaluating the learning outcomes achieved during mobility. It also has been partner in numerous EU cofunded projects of Partnership (Leonardo da Vinci or Grundtvig) and Transfer of Innovation (PRO-STRATEGY GUIDE Conv. N. 2013-1-PL1-LEO05-36932, TALENT 4..EUROPE Conv. N.UK/12/LLP-LdV/TOI-594, BestVET Conv. N. LLP/LdV/TOI/2012/IRL, LEBEBO Conv. N. CZ/10/LLP-LdV/TOI/134003, SOUFFLEARNING Conv. N. DE/10/LLP-LdV/TOI/147321). Participating in the projects activities based on VET education improvement and development helped to Euroform s staff to gather significant experience in daily project management and administration activities as well as cross-cultural analyses, testing products, evaluation, dissemination and exploitation. Which skills and competencies have the persons involved in this application/project? Euroform RFS has successfully worked for more than 15 years in different EU co-funded projects in order to build and develop innovative training and during those years we have constituted experienced team which includes project managers, researchers, trainers, VET experts, IT and e- learning specialists. Actually staff of Euroform RFS is

composed by 12 members and 7 of them have long-term experience working in mobility activities, EU co-funded projects, and have developed abilities in project management, research, training, linguistic and cultural preparation, vocational and career, ecc. Key staff: GIAMPIERO COSTANTINI: 20 years' experience in innovative development of EU co-funded projects, has a significant experience in International projects' design, management and monitoring. Since 1996 is General Director of Euroform and is involved in training course and curriculum design, delivery methodologies and design of e-learning content. He has a long term experience as business consultant and project manager working with big international groups like Fiat, Reply, CNH, Alenia Spazio as well as several public institutions of Province of Cosenza, Calabria Region and several municipalities. ROBERTO DE MARCO: Has a long term experience as Accounting manager and registered Auditor. Has been developing for many years experience in the EU projects' administration, financial issues and reporting. Since 2002 covers the role of Executive Director of Euroform RFS. GRAZIELLA KATIA BRUNO: Expert of pedagogic, training, mentoring and coaching. Has a long term experience as trainer and researcher while working with various international, European and national educational projects also with mentoring and coaching. Facilitator of blended and online training (for young adults and SMEs), was involved in numerous transnational partnership projects, has experience in course and curriculum design. Has significant experience in teaching Italian language for foreigners. Works in Euroform RFS since 2000. SANDRA SITNIKAITE: Expert in EU law, since 2005 works in Euroform and is responsible for International Relations department, has experience working as a trainer, participated in different national and European project in relation with mentoring and coaching as well as VET researcher, has experience working with EU co-funded projects. Has took a part in different research projects based on ECVET and other tools regarding transparency and validation as well as recognition of learning outcomes achieved during mobility activities.
