The selected candidates are advised to get themselves admitted to the said course of studies through counseling to be held on 24.01.2018 at 12 noon in Vidyasagar Hall,Old Humanities Building, Golapbag,B.U. Selected candidates have to take admission on payment of fees as given below on 24.01.2018 & 25.01.2018 positively, failing which their selection will be cancelled. The mere fact that any name has been published in the list does not by itself ensure admission of the candidate concerned unless his/her original credentials are found in order during verification. The selection for admission will be final only after verification of the credentials in original. The University also reserves all right to drop or include any name if any suppression of facts on the part of the students or any mistake on the part of the University is subsequently detected at any stage before or after the admission. The mare fact is that the name of the candidates published in the merit list does not ensure confirm admission as the seats are limited and will be available on the basis of merit. No postal communication in this regard will be made to the candidates. Admission will be done on 24.01.2018 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. & on 25.01.2018 from 11 a.m to 4 p.m.at the Office of the Secretary, Faculty Council (Arts etc.), 3 rd Floor, Composite Arts Building, Golapbag Campus, B.U. Classes are likely to commence from 2nd week of January, 2018. Admitted candidates are advised to report at the department of Lifelong Learning, Rajbati Campus accordingly. Candidates are advised to bring with them all the original academic credentials starting from Admit Card of Madhyamik Pariksha onwards, and a Demand Draft of Rs. Rs.15, 000/- (including examination fees) [Rupees Fifteen thousand only] drawn in favor of The Finance Officer, B.U. payable at S.B.I., Burdwan University Branch on the day of admission.
