Access to workplace Programme Outcome Promote the development of knowledge, skills and values required in Property and Real Estate; Help learners realise their potential in the field; Provide opportunities for people in the Real Estate sector to progress to levels of authority and responsibility. Programme Delivery Any Principal registered with the EAAB prior to the effective date (15 July 2008) can obtain the National Certificate: Real Estate by means of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) through an accredited RPL training provider registered with the Services SETA. The learner can complete the Qualification specialising as an Auctioneer in Real Estate, or General and Specialised Assets or Livestock, Game and

It is assumed that potential participants are competent in: Communication in the language of instruction of this Qualification at NQF Level 3 Mathematical Literacy at NQF Level 3 Communication in a second South African language at NQF Level 2. This programme focuses on the skills, knowledge, values and attitudes required to progress further in the Auctioneering Industry. Page6 Programme 4: Further Education and Training Certificate: New Venture Creation Qualification Name Further Education and Training Certificate: New Venture Creation Qualification ID 66249 NQF Level 04 Target Group Intended for individuals who wish to start, operate, manage and grow a new small to medium business venture. Participants will be equipped with a variety of technical, business managerial and personal skills and strategies to help them succeed in the creation and sustenance of a business. The successful learner will develop a sound foundation for the application of these skills and knowledge to explore a diverse range of entrepreneurial opportunities. Entry Requirements It is assumed that potential participants are competent in: Communication in the language of instruction of this Qualification at NQF Level 3 Mathematical Literacy at NQF Level 3 Communication in a second South African language at NQF Level 2. Skills Programmes for Auctioneers ATASA is an accredited training provider with Services SETA, offers a unique skills programme, which focuses on the skills, knowledge, values and attitudes required to progress further in the Auctioneering Industry. The intention of this programme is to provide opportunities for people to acquire more skills in order to progress in their career paths by being more valuable to their organisation, the economy and themselves. This skills programme is delivered over 6 days across South Africa. The programme offers auctioneers an opportunity to specialise in different areas such as Real Estate and Moveable Assets. Participants will also have a change to practice their auctioneering skills on day 6 at a live auction. This programme covers the following aspects: Day 1-3 Introduction to Auctioneering Auctioneering Ethics Auction Process Bid calling Promoting Auctions as effective way of disposing assets Day 4 & 5 Participants can choose any one of two specialization areas: Real Estate or
