0105 BROOKVILLE BOARD OF EDUCATION Regular Meeting April 15, 2013 6:30 p.m. Mr. Rick Phillips, present; Mr. John Gordon, present; Mr. Scott Rutherford, present; Mr. David Kindell, present; Mrs. Judy Hoover, present. 13-023 Motion by Mr. Rutherford, seconded by Mr. Phillips to accept the minutes of the regular meeting March 18 and special meeting April 11, 2013. Yeas: Rutherford, Phillips, Gordon, Kindell, Hoover Principals Reports submitted. Directors Reports submitted. Curriculum: Pearson Math Program - presentation by Mrs. Ann Stammen and Mr. Scott Broerman Reports and Presentations Athletic Council - Mr. Rutherford reported that council met and reviewed the following: proposed changes to weekly eligibility, request from Fellowship of Christian Athletes, sponsorship in school facilities. Brookville Community Scholarship - Mrs. Hoover reported that the Foundation plans to meet April 18 th at 7:30 p.m. Applications have been given to students and 55 applicants from the graduating senior class have applied. Negotiations - Mrs. Hoover reported that we have entered into negotiations with the certified staff for salaries only.

Thomas Service Award - Mr. Gordon reported that the award was to be given to the McMaken family at last year s graduation ceremony, but due to family conflicts the family was not able to attend.
