I have played a major role in the formation of Mysore Librarians and Information Scientists Association (MyLISA). MyLISA s activities are now acclaimed to be one the active professional association with the motto of think globally and act locally. Under my stewardship as faculty coordinator for Mysore University Library and Information Science Students Association (MULISSA), I have tried to give a new outlook to the activities of the association by making it more students centric.
