Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 18, series 2014, entitled School Calendar Year for School Year (SY) 2014-2015, the 3 rd Regional Management Committee Meeting will be conducted on May 6, 2014 at Bagumbayan Elementary School, Bagumbayan, Sta Cruz, Laguna, to be hosted by Cotabato Province. 2. The objectives of the meeting focus on the preparation of SY 2014-2015 Opening of Classes, by determining relevant policies and latest issuances as follows: a. Results of Regional Monitoring Evaluation and Plan Adjustment for policy recommendation; b. Status Implementation of Region Memo 145, 2013 - Implementing Guidelines on Revitalizing Classroom Structuring Cum Child-Friendly School System and Transparency Board; Submit Consolidated Report on the Status of Classroom Structuring and Transparency Board through depedroxii.org finding your respective division folder - REPORTS category (Kindly open School Governance and Operations Division, Planning and Research Section, and Mancom folders) on or before April 30, 2014 c. To ensure of smooth flow of the meeting, participants are advised to be at the venue on May 5, 7:00 AM for the Tree Planting. Attached is enclosure number 2 Indicative Schedule of Activities.

5. Food and MANCOM kits of the participants shall be borne from the MOOE funds of Cotabato Province, while transportation expenses shall be charged against their respective local funds subject to accounting and auditing rules and regulations. 6.
