Final responsibility for verifying all transfer information lies with the student. TRANSFER OPTIONS Complete AA or AS Degree Students planning on transferring to Bradley University who complete the AA or AS degree can benefit from the Illinois Articulation Initiative (IAI). By completing Harper s 1998 or later AA or AS degree with a 2.0 GPA in Groups 1-5, Bradley s general education requirements will be considered met. Individual majors may have additional prerequisites and/or requirements that are not covered by this agreement. Transfer without completing AA or AS Degree Students who choose to transfer prior to completing an AA or AS degree can still benefit from Illinois Articulation Initiative (IAI) by completing Groups 1-5 of the AA or AS with a cumulative 2.0 GPA. This completes the General Education Core Curriculum (GECC) which will meet Bradley s general education requirements. Students who do not complete the AA or AS or the GECC will need to meet Bradley s Core Curriculum requirements. See the transfer grid on page 3 of this guide. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR TRANSFER STUDENTS Applicants who have earned 24 or more semester hours of college work will be considered for admission on the basis of college performance only. A cumulative 2.5 average for all hours attempted and good standing at the last college attended are necessary. Students with less than 24 accumulated hours must submit their high school record including ACT and/or SAT scores. TRANSFER CREDIT Transfer of credit is awarded on a course-by-course basis.
