They work on a farm in exchange for room and board and get practice their English) ENROLMENT You can book your course quickly and easily using our online booking system at www.ih-ron.com To confirm the booking you will need pay the registration fee of $CAD 120. All fees are payable in full, on or before the first day of the course. When you book a course and arrange payment, you will receive a booking confirmation confirm the course you have booked, your course dates and accommodation details. Bookings can be held with the payment of the registration fee, but are not fully confirmed until full payment for the course and accommodation is received. Alternative booking and payment methods If you prefer not book online, you can download an enrolment form and send it by mail or email, accompanied by the $CAD 120 registration fee, which can be paid by bank transfer or cheque. Cancellations Where a cancellation is received 15 days or more before the course is due start, the course registration fee is refunded less $CAD 60 for expenses. For cancellations received with less than 15 days notice, the registration fee is non-refundable. Once the course has started, the cost of the entire program (course and accommodation) is nonrefundable. Under exceptional circumstances, and at the discretion of the school Direcr, a student s unused fees can be held on account for up 12 months. In other words, the unused fees (not including the first two weeks course and accommodation fees which act as the cancellation fee) can be used study at any of the language schools in the IHLS Group for up a maximum of 12 months after the cancellation date. We recommend students take out a course cancellation insurance policy, just in case. 2
