APRIL 2016 The year 2015 marked another solid year for our family of companies. It was our first full year with our Nashville subsidiary, Southland Constructors, and we also had two acquisitions in the California market in 2015, adding the Hearne Construction and the Honnold Construction Management. The Hearne Construction is a San Diego based general contractor that will help O Neil expand its presence in that market and the addition of the Honnold Construction Management group will be a springboard into the CM market in Southern California. The over-riding message here is that we are continuing to look for ways to improve our service and provide added value to our customers in all markets. Brian G. Ramsay Chief Executive Officer In summary, 2015 was another record revenue year for O Neil as we approached a 15% increase from 2014 revenues to finish at just under $700MM in national revenues. The outlook going forward continues to improve, with projections for another planned 10% revenue increase in 2016. We continue to see improvements in quantity and quality of opportunities in all markets and this hopefully will bode well for a bright and improving future outlook for both O Neil and the overall construction economy. Our diversity of experience, strong national customer relations, and our presence in 6 markets nationally are all supporting our growth as a national family of companies. I d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of our employees for their continued dedication and to all of our customers, subcontractors, architects and partners in the industry for their continued support. I m looking forward to working with all of you on making 2016 another successful year for all of us.
