Cancellation Policy Cancellations made fewer than fourteen days prior to the first day of classroom training or seven days prior to the first day of Instructor-led Virtual Training are subject to a 50 percent cancellation fee. Confirmed participants who do not attend their scheduled sessions are liable for a 50 percent cancellation fee. You may make substitutions up to three days prior to training. Fiserv reserves the right to cancel scheduled classroom training with a fourteen-day notice or cancel an Instructor-led Virtual Training class with a seven-day notice to registrants. If classroom or Instructor-led Virtual Training is canceled for any reason Fiserv liability is limited to the fee only.
