He did his Post Graduation in commerce from University of Calcutta in 1994 and was qualified NET under UGC IN 1996. Dr. Saha earned his Ph. D in finance, on thesis titled Role of Merchant Bankers in Corporate Financing (Capital Issue Management) In India from the University of Calcutta in 2006. With more than two decades of teaching experience, Dr. Saha has taught at undergraduate as well as postgraduate level. He is also associated with Department of Commerce (MBA-Finance), University of Calcutta as well as Professional Institutes including Business Schools during several academic assignments. Dr. Saha has been supervising research scholars under the Department of Commerce, University of Calcutta. He has currently completed a Major Research Project funded by the UGC titled Ethical role of statutory auditor on corporate scam in safeguarding stakeholders interest in India and abroad: A comparative study since 1990 which is first Major Research Project in Department of Commerce, Morning (Accounting and Finance), St. Xavier s College (Autonomous), Kolkata.
