Please find attached the for presentation and election at the Association's Annual General Meeting on Friday, April 21, 2017. The procedures for voting at the Annual General Meeting can be found in Article 13.12 of the Association's Bylaws. An initial call for nominations for all elected positions on the and on the Standing Committees was issued in accordance with the Bylaws. Additionally, an initial call for nominations in two by elections was also issued to fill a vacancy in a member at large position on the and a vacancy in the Past President position. In response to these initial calls, the number of nominations received for each elected position is at least as many as the number of vacancies to be filled. As per Bylaw Articles 13.11.5 and 13.11.7, then, no further nominations will be accepted. As only one nomination for each elected position has been received, all presented nominees for positons on the and on the Standing Committees will be declared elected by acclamation at the Annual General Meeting.
