CRM MSF CRM in Phase 2a introduced new layout for menu structure where it is shown above in Fig 1.2b. It is divided into 3 sections as follows Live CRM Consisting of 3 reports such as Logged-in Clients, Live Online Limit and System Access Status. All of these reports can provide real-time information to users through the default system refresh or manually triggered refresh by users. CRM Favorites By default, this will show only Dashboard. Any frequently use reports in Item 3 will be automatically be added or transferred on this panel once the link reached the minimum of 3 Access. User can also drag and drop a link from item 3 into this panel. CRM Report Menu A categorized link to each available report will be in this panel. You can select from Reports or My Clients at this moment for an available selection of reports. Report Panel a panel to display the information of the selected report
