Dr. Hernandez, Medical Director and Chair of the Division of Laboratory Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Arizona and an Associate Professor of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine, will discuss the effects of physician burnout and some of the successful measures that could be implemented to help alleviate the problem.
