Testimonials My decision to study at Arbutus College was right. I have been studying Japanese/English translation and interpreting at Arbutus for about three months. I still remember that I was so nervous on my first day worrying if I would be able to catch up with classes. However, thanks to my professional, considerate teachers, advisor and friendly enthusiastic classmates, I am learning a lot regarding translation and interpreting skills and also about Canada After having finished my ESL program, I decided that the best opportunity for me to keep improving my English skills was to take the translation and interpreting program at Arbutus College. I learned about the techniques and skills required to work in these fields through the practice and analysis of a variety of reallife translating and interpreting tasks - Yun Ju Lee, Korea - Mio Yamada, Japan I enjoy this college because it has small classes and feels like a family. The Arbutus College teachers are very professional and caring, and give us their support and attention each class - Alawi Alshakhoori, Saudi Arabia After completing my coop Diploma in Business Management, I feel that my value has increased and I am confident that it has helped me to obtain my job of business co-ordinator. I would not hesitate in recommending Arbutus College to other potential students - Paul La Rosa, Canada I am truly thankful to Arbutus College that provided me with a great learning experience and guided me to complete my bachelor degree from Royal Roads University. Arbutus College enables international students to obtain a valid work permit with it s coop program which benefited me when applying for Royal Roads University and my immigration application. I really do appreciate all the staff, instructors, and counselors at Arbutus College because I could not achieve my life goals without you. - Yihao Lee, China I made the right decision. I had a really great experience in the beautiful city of Vancouver with an experienced teacher. From here on out, I will definitely be able to say that the time I spent at Arbutus made me who I am today. Thank you very much to all the teachers, counselors and students - Kiyotaka Tamamushi, Japan
