Based in the UN City Vienna, the master program aims at imparting policyoriented knowledge and applied methods for design of sustainability policies on national and international level. The program has an interdisciplinary orientation and is based on a plural understanding of scientific approaches with respect to globalization and sustainability. Modules MODULE TITLE ECTS SEQUENCING Core modules Target group We welcome students with at least a bachelor degree in a broad variety of academic disciplines from all world regions, and a junior professional background in development, economic and financial policy, as well as in social and environmental policy. Qualification profile and job opportunities A solid but broad-based education in all dimensions of sustainable development and the opportunity to specialize in a variety of thematic areas prepare graduates to pursue careers in different professional fields, in particular in international organizations, government institutions, research organizations and NGOs.
