UCD is perfectly located 4km from Dublin City Centre, and with a bus terminus the school on South William Street can be reached in only 15 minutes. NCI is located in the financial district of Dublin City Centre, close to the River Liffey and within metres of a Luas (tram) stop, our school on South William Street can be reached by walking in around 20 minutes. We offer one course for primary school teachers, and one course for secondary school teachers. The syllabus includes advanced language awareness and practical teaching techniques for pronunciation and fluency, as well as current methods of teaching and learning. A module on Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) can be arranged on request. This module is specifically for teachers of non-language curricular subjects who teach through English. The programmes are two weeks long and are 52 hours in duration, with education and cultural excursions.
