Multiservice Delivery Platform (MSDP) Operation & Maintenance LZU108219 R1A Description The Ericsson Multiservice Delivery Platform (MSDP) Operation & Maintenance course is targeted for people intending to manage and monitor a deployed MSDP environment. The purpose of the course is to get a person introduced to the MSDP as quickly as possible, allowing him or her to perform administration, monitoring and troubleshooting tasks. Learning objectives On completion of this course the participants will be able to: 1 Provide an overview of MSDP 1.1 Explain the structure and architecture of MSDP 1.2 Describe the request flow inside the MSDP 1. Show the different tools provided by MSDP 1.4 Explain the requirements for MSDP deployment 2 Perform MSDP environment fault tracing 2.1 Interpret events and alarms provided by MSDP 2.2 Analyze different logs generated by MSDP nodes 2. Learning situation Theory mixed with demonstration and practical exercises in the classroom, applying previously acquired knowledge in a workshop like environment.
