Requesting Transcripts 1. You received a Transcript Release form on the 1st day of school. - Must be completed and submitted!

Adding a college to Colleges I m Applying to
When you move or add a college(s) to the Application list you will be asked to indicate what decision plan you are using: Regular decision, Rolling, etc.
You will then be able to select what type of application you are using: CA, School app, Universal, Coalition, etc.
Teacher Letter of Recommendation a. Politely ask teacher in person b. If they say Yes provide them with a Teacher Recommendation Form i. (Located in Counseling Office and Document Library) c. Add teacher on Family Connection-see Letters of Rec in the pages section of FC for instructions

Teacher Letters of Recommendation Before you can add a teacher to your FC account the college for which the teacher is writing must be listed in Colleges I m Applying To You can only add one teacher at a time

Decision Outcomes 1. Accepted You have until May 1st to notify college 2. Rejected Don t take it personally 3. Waitlisted Notify college immediately if you want to remain on the waitlist.
