PowerSchool Modifying Historical Grades Secondary (Report Cards) Revised 02/25/2015
Historical Grades In PowerSchool, grades are stored for each completed grading term (Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4,E1,E2,X1,X2,S1,S2, or Y1) in historical grades and printed on report cards. In order to print transcripts, final grades for courses earning credit are also stored in historical grades with a store code of F1. Use the Historical Grades page to: enter term grades for students whose grades did not transfer from current grades, and edit existing historical term grade records due to a teacher or administrator grade change. Changes to final grades for all courses earning a credit MUST be changed in historical grades in two places: Either the S1, S2, or Y1 store code (depending on the grading term for the course) for report cards AND the F1 store code for transcripts.
