UCAS Apply Application fee of 24 for up to five choices or 13 for one Pay online using credit card/debit card No cash or cheques For medicine- 4 choices only For Oxford or Cambridge- choose one not both!
UCAS 2018 deadlines Register and complete application form now but no applications can be submitted until 6th September 1 st October- College deadline for Oxford, Cambridge, Medicine, Dentistry and Veterinary science applications October half term College deadline for competitive applications 1 st December - final College deadline for all other applications 15 th January 2018- UCAS final deadline. Universities are not obliged to consider applications after this date
UCAS 2018-important information Remember that it can take 2 weeks after you complete your application for it to be sent to UCAS because your Coach needs to add your reference (can take 10 working days) and final checks are made To qualify for student loans, you must have been living in the UK for 3 years prior to the start of your degree course If you are an EU applicant, you need to be living in the UK for 5 years prior to the start of your course Book an appointment with one of the CUBE s HE advisers to discuss any aspect of your UCAS application

Click on Sign in and apply for 2018 entry
Once you have registered you will be given your username and invited to log in. You must keep a record of your username as you will need it every time you want to log into your UCAS account

Select your Coach from drop down list. They will write your reference.
Work through each section of the Welcome menu Keep a note of your UCAS Personal ID Click on Verify your email address and enter the code that has been emailed to you.
Put your home email address as UCAS will send you regular updates
Put down the London borough you live in. Select 02 from drop down list
Choices Choices Click on add a choice and select Unive Add your choices here
Your choices will appear alphabetically, not in order of preference Your choices should all be similar. Don t apply for courses that are very different as this makes it difficult to write the personal statement
Add your secondary school and Havering Sixth Form College Type in School name in search field

Education section Resets If you have completed AS levels you must put down these results as well as your A2 subjects- See example GCE Advanced Level ( A2) Subject Grade Date of qualification Maths pending 08/2017 Biology pending 08/2017 Chemistry pending 08/2017 GCE Advanced Subsidiary new 2001 ( AS) Subject Grade Date of qualification Maths A 08/2016 Biology B 08/2016 Chemistry B 08/2016 English D 08/2016 BTEC Extended Diploma/Diploma, or Certificate Enter the grade/units achieved so far and leave the overall grade as pending You should also enter any AS resits as pending for 2018 Please check this section with The CUBE as many applicants get this section wrong. This might affect their chance of receiving offers!

STOP! Before you Pay/Send click on View all details. Then click pay/send
For competitive courses apply by October half term Step 1 Step 2 Step 3 Student discusses application with Coach and shows copy of personal statement Student gets application checked & approved by the CUBE team. Student clicks pay/send. Application goes to Coach Step 4 Your Coach will now do your Reference. It can take two weeks for your application to be processed so please make sure you give yourself plenty of time before the deadline. Step 5 Application is sent to UCAS
What happens next? Your application-what happens next? After the reference is added, it has a final check and sent to UCAS Before it is sent to UCAS, if it contains errors we return your application to you to make the changes. This delays things so make sure you get your application checked by the CUBE before you pay/send Once UCAS receives your application, you will receive a confirmation email You can then access TRACK on UCAS and check for any offers Check your email for updates, as you may be invited to an interview/audition After you receive your offers, you must decide on your firm and insurance choices - normally around March next year
