Student Onboarding How to start? Students will open the Viridis website in a supported browser: www.viridislearning.com 4
Student Onboarding How to get the Student user account? All students need an account to access to Viridis platform. There are two options to get it: College Administrators can add the student account. Then student has to verify it. Students self-registration where student members can create an account themselves. Another way to register is coming soon! Through Viridis Mobile App. 1.a Activate student account created by College Administrators 1.b Student self-registration 5
Student Onboarding Activate student account College administrators will add their student accounts to Viridis platform. Those students will receive an email with a link to activate their account and set a password. After that, students will be redirected to their dashboard. 6

Student Onboarding Sign in thru Linkedin Students can also sign in using their Linkedin accounts. Users need to click on Continue with Linkedin button located in the login page to start the login process. 9
Student Onboarding Account verified! Once account is verified, students can take advantage of what Viridis offers to improve their career and expand the possibilities of getting a job fully adapted to their needs and abilities. 10
Student Onboarding Check account settings Viridis users can also check their account settings clicking on Settings option (top bar menu). All user members will always be able to change their passwords and change user preference settings. 11
Student Onboarding Check My Profile page Viridis brings to students the chance to see their profile information and edit it. Profile picture can be changed. Name and email can be updated in case of needed. The most important setting in this page is Interests. Student is able to select at least 5 interested industries to customize his job matches. 12
Skills Passport Create Skills Passport The Universal Skills Passport is a Unique dashboard where a student can add programs, skills, accomplishments, talents, qualifications, experience in order to achieve the goal. This will reflect students completed coursework and allow employers to review it. Viridis need students information to personalize their career pathways with recommendations in courses and jobs tailored just for them. Click on Create Passport 13
Skills Passport Create Skills Passport Skills Passport includes some major areas to be filled out: Military, Education, Job preferences, Work experience and Other skills. Step 1: Military information For military veterans, the skills passport captures skills veterans acquired during active duty and bring to the workforce that employers are seeking. This page can be skipped if the student is not a military veteran. In this case, user will be redirected to complete Education page. 14
Skills Passport Create Skills Passport Step 1: Military information If student click on yes button, have to select his branch of service and fill MOS details (MOS, enlisted MOS title, WOMOS, warrant officer title) and the chance to upload DD214 form. 15
Skills Passport Create Skills Passport Step 1: Military information Also has to fill skill sets acquired during the service, write a brief about it (Assignments) and upload certificates and other files from Dropbox or Google Drive. 16
Skills Passport Create Skills Passport Step 2: Education information Students must complete his education information: select the status of High School Diploma (current or past), add education institutions and programs/courses they have undertaken in that college. This step is important to match more jobs. 17

Skills Passport Create Skills Passport Step 3: Job Preferences This mandatory section needs to be filled out because will help students to refine the job postings that match with them. Information like type of job they want to take up, interest in re-location, interest in jobs that need travel should be filled out conscientiously. 19
Skills Passport Create Skills Passport Step 4: Work Experience Another mandatory section is about past jobs, employers, work habits, gained skill sets and work experience. This information is very important for employers to verify student s experience and analyze the past of future employees. 20
Skills Passport Create Skills Passport Step 5: Other skills The last section is optional and must be completed if students want to share more information about them. Viridis gives the chance to add language skills, soft skills and other certificates. 21
Skills Passport View Skills Passport Viridis gives students the chance to check their skills information and also update if it is needed. This panel shows Military skills, Education information, Work experience and also other skills. Student can see job matches related to each skill. Students can easily have a quick view of their matching skills on this panel. 22
Skills Passport View Skills Passport Viridis platform also gives some job stats to students like amount of applied jobs, reviewed jobs, screened jobs, interviewed jobs, offered jobs and accepted jobs. 23
Skills Passport View Skills Passport Students who applied to jobs can find out all their applications listed in a single panel ordered by application date. Here also have the chance to access to Messages with direct employers (single click on messages icon). This list can be filtered also according to user preferences (salary and/or status). 24

Student Dashboard View student dashboard Track Colleges Some students apply to programs from different colleges. In that case, students have the chance to switch among colleges to track courses, programs and others with a single click. 27
Student Dashboard View student dashboard Track enrolled programs and courses related All students that were enrolled to programs can track the status of courses related to each program and download that list like a report into Student Dashboard. Viridis platform also allows to check courses in progress and completed related to those programs: duration of each one and a bar progress. This information is also analyzed by the Viridis engine to improve the job matching according to the daily progress. Student Dashboard View student dashboard Student schedules and events To do events visible to the naked eye, Viridis platform offers a calendar and My Schedules section that differentiate types of events by color into Dashboard page. There are 4 kind of events: related to courses, holiday, job matches (interviews) and other events. Also Viridis platform has a way to easily check and accept/reject pending invites for events. Student can see a red icon with the number of pending invites. My Schedules panel is a detailed view of the calendar. Students can see more details of coming events like time, location, notes and event type (related to the color of the event card). 29
Student Dashboard View student dashboard Create events Students can also create new events just filling few fields: event name, location, some notes, participants to invite (Administrators and/or students), event type and date/time or all day event option. 30
Student Dashboard View student dashboard Employer map Students can locate all employers related to matched jobs into a map to facilitate the selection that suit them. Also employer data can be find clicking on a point into the map. 31

This list includes some relevant job postings that can be checked in detail clicking on View All icon (student is redirected to Job Matches page) or over a particular job. Also Apply button is available if student decides to apply directly from dashboard. 32
Career Pathways Browse pathways The aim of every student is to improve his career and knowledge. Viridis platform gives the chance to explore Pathways, sub-pathways and job titles related to each area offered by the college. 33
Career Pathways View available programs All available programs offered by the college will be listed under Programs tab. Students can see brief descriptions and also go deeper or apply clicking on How to Apply button. Students can also refine the results selecting an industry to see only programs related to that one. 34
Career Pathways Check program application progress Students will be enrolled to programs by college administrators after complete specific steps (interview, exams, upload forms, among others). The application progress can be checked in Applications tab. Each step should be completed by students then approved/rejected by administrators. 35
Career Pathways View external information College administrators can add external programs, courses or events to the career pathway of each student. These information can be checked in Transfer tab. 36
Job matching Job matches Viridis takes Students data analytics to match students' career aspirations and skill sets with employer demand, a data-driven process which represents the future of human capital acquisition and development. Students can swipe through lot of job postings at top companies (also refine the results) that match with their interests, gained skill sets and/or industry focus. When a match occurs the candidate can apply to that job and chat instantly with the employer 37
Job matching View and Filter Job Matches Students can swipe through lot of job postings at top companies but sometimes may feel overwhelmed by the amount of information. For that reason, Viridis platform offers the chance to refine the list of jobs with some criteria that can be applied alone or together: Filter by any keyword entered by user Filter by job Type (full time, part time and others) Filter by Industry Filter by location and (optional) driving radius Filter by company name Then applied filters appear above the jobs list and can be easily removed one by one just clicking on close icon (x). 38
Job matching Apply to a job Viridis platform offers the opportunity to apply to a job with a single click. Students should only find the desired job and click on the "Apply" button. The company will be notified immediately about the new applicant. Students can see some jobs with Apply button disabled. If that s the case, the student does not have the required skills for the job that was included on matched jobs because of his interests (not because of gained skills). Also Viridis allows chatting with employers and sending resumes or private messages (this will be explained in next title). 39
Job matching Chatting with employers Students that matched and applied to a job have the chance to chat instantly with direct employers and add resumes and others just with a single click. Just have to select Message icon into Application Tracker panel of Skills Passport page Note: Third-party employers cannot be contacted by Viridis Messenger, so the icon will not appear on those jobs. 40
