UC Berkeley International : Fall 2011 UC Berkeley currently hosts 4,548 international students (not including students at Summer Session or UC Extension). In Fall 2011, 1,688 students began a new program of study. 56.24 % of all students are undergraduate level. 43.76 % of all students are graduate level. Berkeley International Office also serves an additional 565 international students on Optional Practical Training and Academic Training. In 2011, 2,193 students on F and J visas attended Summer Session.
