THE MINISTRY PROGRAM STAFF Cythia Lider I received the MA ad DMi degrees from the Diviity School, rich preparatio for the parish miistry, hospice chaplaicy, ad cliical psychotherapy practice that challeged ad fed me (ad my three childre) for the ext 20 years of my professioal life i Orego s Willamette Valley. I retured to Chicago i 2002 to serve as director of miistry studies, work that combies my iterests i teachig, metorig, ad thikig about the art of religious leadership i our cultural cotext of great diversity ad rapid chage.
