Dr Teoh Teik Toe Mr Andrew Goh Ms Jessica Hong has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University and Doctor of Business Administration from University of Newcastle. He is a fellowship holder of Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants, a chartered holder of Chartered Institute of Management Accountant, a Chartered Accountant of Singapore, and Accredited Tax Professional (Singapore). Dr Teoh is a director of listed company (NTPM Berhad) and is in the audit committee for more than 10 years, handling accounting and business related functions. He has more than 10 years of experience in teaching MBA, Master in Professional Accounting, Bachelor in Accounting, Bachelor in Business, Master and Bachelor in IT and Bachelor in Engineering. has held senior regional positions in several MNCs such as Texas Instruments & Baxter Healthcare. He has managed a local SME from its early inception to its successful IPO on the SGX and subsequently served as its Executive Director responsible for finance and operations. His experience spans across corporate start up, restructuring and fund-raising activities. He is also adept in the areas of corporate governance and compliance with listing rules. He has conducted training for clients in both the public and private sectors. Andrew has a degree in economics and management studies, and holds membership with CIMA, ICPAS and CPA (Australia). is a Malaysian Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from University of Malaya. She completed her post-graduate studies in Management Development at INSEAD, Singapore. She is a certified International Financial Reporting Standard trainer and also conducts the Business Ethics and Conduct programme (specialising in Anti money Laundering and financial reporting standards) for the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. Her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers has given her invaluable insights into system assurance, auditing process, and fraud investigation as well as financial management practices and their impact on corporate performance. Her varied experience includes developing & implementing credit control policies, project management, debt recovery training and systems integration.

Mr Fredrick Cabanes has held senior regional positions with several large American Institutions such as Bankers Trust and Option One. He has also held senior roles in public accounting firms, specialising in the Small-Medium Enterprises, Real Estate, Financial/Lending, and Non-profit sectors. His past memberships include serving on the Non-profit Fraud Taskforce of the Internal Revenue Service, and the Department of Corporations subcommittee on Trust Services. His Bachelor s Degree (BA) was in Accounting from California State. For the last fifteen years, he has conducted training for clients, and academic programmes, on budgeting, financial management, and regulatory compliance, including SOX. In Singapore, he was often involved in the Merger and Acquisition of Small-Medium Enterprises. He has taught MBA for the University of Wales and managed IT projects for SMEs in ASEAN since relocating here in 2007. Dr Luuk van Breda has more than 35 years experience helping both businesses and individuals realise their full potential. Working on projects ranging from USD 5m to USD 350m, his work has taken him all over the world including nearly 20 years in South East Asia. This has afforded him a deep understanding of regional markets. His professional experience with organisations of all sizes, from SMEs to large domestic and international corporates in both the private and public sector ensures that Dr van Breda has a strong grasps of all major business and people drivers. Ms Anne Leong has worked in the field of Human Resource management and Training & Organisational Development for the last 20 years in the USA and Canada, Europe and in Singapore. She has more than 20 years of experience as an HR consultant in Singapore, Oceania and the greater Asia region. From 1996 to 2000, she was Managing Director and Principal HRD Consultant of Ewing Communications, leading the company into the arena of Talent Management consulting and Performance-Based training customisation for clients. Mr Joshua Leong holds multiple academic qualifications including a Masters in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and Bachelor in Business Administration, and is currently working towards a PhD in Training/Learning Psychology. A certified organisational psychologist, Joshua has designed and conducted various application-based consumer and service psychology concept programmes for well-established service organisations, and is an accredited trainer for the acclaimed Disney Customer-oriented Service programmes. Mr Gideon For-mukwai is an award-winning speaker, trainer and facilitator with over 10 years of local and international experience from Asia, Europe, Middle East, Africa and North America. In 2004, he founded his consultancy in Singapore and since then, he has trained over 15,100 executives from organisations such as Oracle Corporation, US Social Security Administration Department, Dell, DBS Bank, People s Association, National University of Singapore, Siemens, Gillette, Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) and Great Eastern Life. Mr John Martin is a highly experienced business leader, coach, and MBA lecturer, with an extensive track record in corporate leadership, strategy, business development, building and reorganizing businesses. In his 35 years of leadership and management experience in Asia, John has worked at the highest levels of corporate management, holding broad P&L managing director/general manager positions, and has established numerous joint ventures and major alliances. John has worked with some of the leading managers of their time in the US, Europe and Asia, gaining incredible experience and insights. Ms Lim Ai Leng has more than 15 years of experience in the banking industry specialising in derivative product structuring. Until recently, she was a Director for Interest Rate Structuring in Global Market of a major foreign bank in Singapore. She has also worked with many banks and financial institutions in the ASEAN region, advising them on their derivative and risk management activities. She was invited by one Asian central bank to provide consultation on drafting derivative regulations on interest rate derivative products.
