This page can be found at Student Admissions > Application Entry > Academic Information > Test Results. 1. Academic Institution: should be YOUR INSTITUTION. 2. Academic Career: should be UGRD or "GRAD". 3. Enter the student s EMPL ID number in the blank next to ID:. 4. Click on Search.

1. If there are scores in the system, the Test ID: blank would state which type of test the scores are based off of (i.e. ACT, ACCUP for Accuplacer, CMPSS for COMPASS, etc). Institutions can ONLY use the scores if there is a Test Date AND the institution is YOUR INSTITUTION under institution s Authorized Test Dates, otherwise you cannot use them unless you have received a copy of the scores from the student, their school, or from the testing facility. 2. If you have received the test score transcripts, and the scores ARE in the system, be sure to enter the Test Date, Institution, and Test Source under Institution s Authorized Test Dates so that your institution can use the scores. 3. If you are entering scores, you can click on the magnifying glass to choose the type of test you will be entering (see above Look Up Test ID ).

1. Once you have chosen the Test ID: type, you will want to enter in the following: 2. Under Defaults for Components the following should be entered: Test Date: as the date the test was taken. If there is only a month and year, default the date to the first of the month the test was administered. "Data Source" See Acad Level: should be set to Unknown. 3. Under Institution s Authorized Test Dates the following should be entered: Test Date should be the same test date as the other Test Date, the date the test was administered to the student. Institution should be Your Institution Test Source should be Transcript.

4. Under Test Components you will enter in the information from the previous page. You can click on the magnifying glass next to the Component blank to see your options to choose from. Click on the Plus box to add more rows for each Component. Once you have entered in the Component (i.e. COMP, ENG, MATH) you will want to enter the score they earned under Score for that Component. The Test Date, Data Source, and Acad Level should all default from the information you put in under Defaults for Components. 4. Once you have entered in the testing information, click on Save. 5. If there is more than one test, be sure to enter all the tests and their scores. 6. After entering in the Test Results, you will then want to enter their Student Groups.
