Changing beliefs and habits takes time and effrt, but cmpleting this activity will be a big step in the right directin. Based n the infrmatin in the vides, identify at least three changes yu will make in yur preparatin fr the next exam. Yu must relate the change specifically t the vides. Fr example: Vide 1 says that it is a mistake t memrize individual definitins f terms instead f elabrating n them. Next time I will create diagrams that shw hw cncepts are related and distinct frm ther cncepts (Vide 1, 3, and 4). Or I will remve distractins when I study s I can cncentrate better (Vide 1).
