LAURA HIGGINBOTHAM, AUGUST 19, 2006 I just returned from a vacation and noticed the familiar face in the Greenville, Texas obituary. It was probably over 35 years ago that Mr. Knowles helped coach my TP&L little league baseball team. Saying that I was a mediocre player would be kind. Mr. Knowles was always very kind, and supportive. Mr. Knowles always encouraged me. I never fogot him. Tim and I went to SHS together. Tim you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. I will never forget the kindness your father showed a little boy back in the 60's. When I coached my daughter's little league team, I tried to be supportive like Mr.Knowles. Bless you all.
