1st Annual Northern California Bone and Mineral Symposium The Meritage Resort Napa, California October 5-6, 2006 This meeting is designed for those with a strong interest in clinical care of osteoporosis and bone-related diseases and will focus on new and emerging information. OBJECTIVES Upon completion of this program, participants should be able to: 1 Review and discuss the latest information presented at the recent American Society of Bone and Mineral Research (ASBMR) meeting 2 Describe current controversies in diagnosis, treatment and management of osteoporosis and bone 3 Describe and identify treatment and outcomes of cases presented ACCREDITATION The University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine (UCSF) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
