Vision and missions Full and Associate members Vision: To progress on social affairs linked to business issues at European level in the field of the whole sport including professional, voluntary and commercial sectors Missions: to understand and defend the rights and the material and moral interests of its members and employers in the sports sector to work together to ensure the harmonious development of the sports sector to participate in the sport social dialogue committee at European level to negotiate at European level on behalf of employers in sport RBT project s Final Conference 13 7-8 February 2008 Article 6 of EASE operating statutes Full membership of EASE is open to employer groups and associations that are formally recognised within their own country as the representative body for employers within at least one sub-sector of sport, Associate membership of EASE is open to formally constituted associations/groups of employers within sport (or a defined sub-sector) that have the capability to represent employers at a national level and are willing to promote the aims and work of EASE in countries where there is no full member of EASE in a particular sub-sector RBT project s Final Conference 14 7-8 February 2008 Activities Activities : former projects A structure has been established in 2005 to encompass the special interests of our subsectors. The Action Plan Pierre de Coubertin The Commission s s vision of social dialogue in sport Action 53: The Commission encourages and welcomes all efforts leading to the establishment of European Social Dialogue Committees in the sport sector. It will continue to give support to both employers and employees and it will pursue its open dialogue with all sport organisations on this issue.
