Her strengths in education include The Cutting System, Take Home and Brand Team, and product knowledge. Mesh is an Advanced Academy cutting team member and views product knowledge as a vital aspect of education in the industry as it builds service guest relationships and creates healthy, beautiful hair. Kate Russell, National Caper Specialist, Paul Mitchell Advanced Education Kate Russell worked for five years as a Brocato National Educator before becoming a Learning Leader at Von Curtis Academy, now Paul Mitchell The School Provo. She has done print work and TV commercials, owned a successful salon, and served as a Paul Mitchell National Educator and Platform Artists Club (PAC) team member. Kate has been integral in color curriculum development and program implementation, including The Cutting System DVD program. She is a breast cancer survivor and avid fundraiser for Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Barbara Toberman, Director of School Marketing, John Paul Mitchell Systems; National Sales Team, Paul Mitchell Advanced Education; coauthor of Guide 7: Take Home SM, Brand, and Caper Management Barbara Toberman has decades of experience in the beauty industry and extensive knowledge and training in its artistic, technical, and business aspects. She served for five years as Paul Mitchell brand manager at Professional Salon Concepts in Illinois with a focus on sales leadership and salon business management. Since joining the Paul Mitchell Schools family, she has focused on sales leadership and strategic development and implementing sales and marketing support for the schools on behalf of John Paul Mitchell Systems.
PAGE 4 OF 13 CJ Rebecky, Enrollment Specialist and brand, Take Home, and merchandising leadership, Paul Mitchell The School Pasadena CJ Rebecky joined the Paul Mitchell Schools network in 2007 as a Sales Leader and Caper Specialist, focusing on Take Home and branding. He is currently the Enrollment Specialist at Paul Mitchell The School Pasadena. He supports and coaches Future Professionals on their Take Home recommendation, sales, and product knowledge skills and career and school goal game planning, including to attend the Caper event. Bridget Kirby, Visual Merchandising Manager, John Paul Mitchell Systems Bridget Kirby is a visual merchandising leader with over 12 years of experience with national and global retailers in store design, visual merchandising, marketing, and the guest experience. Bridget creates, directs, and implements the visual experience in salons, schools, and stores at John Paul Mitchell Systems, including product merchandising, planograms, visual standards, store design, window displays, and signage direction. Bridget loves being a part of the John Paul Mitchell Systems family and aims to continually evolve the guest experience to reflect its iconic brand.

PAGE 13 OF 13 MISSED OR LATE ASSIGNMENT POLICY Your participation in the live e-meetings and weekly discussions are all part of your final grade. Any late or missed assignments will affect your grade. All assignments and quizzes must be completed and submitted by the date and time listed on the e-learning website. A 25-percent deduction in the final grade will be applied to all late assignments, quizzes, and projects. Assignments, quizzes, and projects received seven days past the due date will not be accepted and the final grade will be recorded as a zero. GRADING SCALE A (excellent): 88 100 percent B (average): 75 87 percent NC (needs coaching): 74 percent and below* *Course participants who receive 74 percent or below will not receive the completion certificate and may be required to attend additional training. The course requirements are weighted as follows: 50 percent of the final grade: unit scores including quizzes, assignments, and discussion participation 25 percent of the final grade: live e-meeting call attendance 25 percent of the final grade: final projects All participants who receive a score of 75 percent or above will receive a certificate of completion. Graduation Requirements: All attendees must complete the course requirements by the published due dates. All incomplete assignments and your attendance will impact your final grade. To successfully pass the course, you must obtain an average score of 75 percent or higher. CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND RETAKE POLICIES Cancellation policy: Contact webinars@paulmitchell.edu to cancel a school team member s participation in an e-learning course. Please include the course name, school name, and participant name. Tuition refunds: Receive a full tuition refund by contacting Paul Mitchell Advanced Education (PMAE) prior to the course start date. PMAE will retain $100 of the tuition if a participant begins a course and withdraws within the first week and will retain full tuition thereafter. Retake policy: Paul Mitchell Advanced Education will retain the full tuition for registered participants who do not start or complete the course. If the same course is offered within the same year, the participant may enroll by paying a $100 retake fee. Please contact webinars@paulmitchell.edu for registration questions.
