Diablo Valley College AGREEMENT FOR THE ARTICULATION OF TRANSFER OF COLLEGE CREDIT 2017-2018 By this document, Diablo Valley College and Sierra Nevada College enter into an agreement for the benefit of both institutions and their students; specifically this agreement stipulates how Diablo Valley College (DVC) students may apply credits earned at HC to fulfill Sierra Nevada College () degree and program requirements. This articulation agreement provides a listing of direct transfer courses for the General Education & Core Curriculum at Sierra Nevada College. If you are interested in a listing of the lower division courses transfer courses within your specific major, please send your official transcript to with your application or contact the Office of the Registrar GRADE REQUIREMENT: will accept as transferable credit only courses in which the student earned a grade of "C" or higher.
