Instructions for Online Registration Schedule a meeting with your Academic Advisor prior to the week of March 20. Prior to your advising meeting, please review the course schedule in Web Advisor and create a tentative schedule. (Step 4 gives directions for searching the course schedule.) Go to Web Advisor, click Students and Log In In Web Advisor, under My Profile, you have access to your advisor s name, your declared major, and your program evaluation.

Program Evaluation provides a checklist which includes the classes you are currently taking, have completed, and the classes still needed to complete your degree. To print your Program Evaluation, choose Active Programs and click Submit. You can print the evaluation by clicking CTRL P on your keyboard. If you have questions regarding your degree audit, please see your advisor.

During your advising meeting, your advisor will review your tentative schedule and courses which may prohibit registration (ex: pre-requisites not met, instructor consent, course overload). Once you are cleared for registration, your advisor will email the Registrar s Office to clear you for your allocated registration time. Please keep in mind the following: *In order to register for a course which requires instructor consent, you must obtain the instructor s signature to allow registration in the course. The Instructor Consent Form can be found at the following link: http://www.lmc.edu/academics/academic-resources/files/instructorconsentform.pdf. Once received, the Registrar's Office will register you for the course. Please complete and return to the Registrar s Office at least one week prior to your designated registration period. A list of these courses can be found at the end of the PowerPoint. * You are not permitted to register for a course in which the pre-requisite has not been met. The Instructor Consent Form must also be completed and turned in to the Registrar s Office. Once received, the Registrar's Office will register you for the course. *You are not permitted to register for more than 18 credit hours without completing a Request for Course Overload form. The form can be found in the Registrar s Office or on the website at: http://www.lmc.edu/academics/academic-resources/files/requestforcourseoverload1314.pdf. Once the form is received by the Registrar s Office and approved by the Provost, you will be registered for the approved course(s).
