Community College Administrator Seminar (CCAS) in Russia Grant Details Professional Profile Additional Qualifications Application Deadline: October 16, 2017 Grant dates: Two weeks, March 31-April 14, 2018 Locations: Moscow and visits to universities and associated technical colleges in various cities Community college administrators (presidents, vice presidents, provosts, deans) whose current role includes a substantial responsibility for enhancing the international dimension of their campus or Individuals with institutional authority for program development and international outreach Affiliated with a two-year college; and Individuals without prior professional connections to Russia and whose home institutions do not have an established partnership or affiliation with Russian institutions of higher learning
