I worked as a business administration department head more than 7 th years, and I practiced many activities regarding the following: Preparation & improvement of business administration plans. Participating in the selection employment process of the professors expected to teach in our faculty. Participating in the job analyses and job description and organizational structure at the Islamic University of Gaza & many of NGOs. Here are some of the practices being practiced by the consultant regarding the three consecutive projects (TAMKEEN Projects) I worked as a consultant in these projects which are implemented at the Islamic University of Gaza: (I) "Training of Projects Managers" which held from 29/1/2005 to 29/6/2005. (II) "Training of Projects Managers" which held from 17/4/2004 to 31/8/2004. (III) "Training of Projects Managers" which held from 15/12/2002 to 15/8/2003.
