Sanction of Houses Against Target- Performance of States/UTs North East States Manipur, Tripura, Sikkim, Assam are performing satisfactorily with respect to sanctioning of houses. Mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh, and Nagaland are required to speed up the process of sanctioning. Union Territories Dadra and Nagar Haveli has picked up. Other UTs such as Andaman and Nicobar, Lakshadweep, Daman and Diu are required to expedite the process of registration and sanctioning. Other States Chhattisgarh, West Bengal, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat are the top performing states Performance of states such as Jammu and Kashmir, Haryana, Kerala, Bihar, Punjab, Goa has remained poor with regard to sanctioning of houses.
