Approved the following Coaches/Advisors for the 2015-2016 Season at appropriate salary on the Extracurricular pay schedule: - Interact Club Co-Advisors Brenda Natoli, Luciana Munier - Wellness Coordinator Michelle Baker Approved the following substitutes: Food Service: Jessica Cooper, Donna Landers, Connie Offen Approved the Correction of Motion #64: Brenda Natoli ($1,321), Interact Club Advisor, change to Brenda Natoli ($991) and Lucian Munier ($200) co-advisors. Approved the Correction of Motion #65: Remove Chris Stock as Building Curriculum Leader and replace with Melissa Arber at a stipend of $2,183. The following resolutions were offered for approval, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools: Approved the CSE/CPSE recommendations. Approved to declare excess of reading and math materials. Approved authorization application for Early Graduation from High School. Approved to declare bus #40 as excess. Mr. Roesch noted that the trips give the students an opportunity to be adjudicated by other judges. Terri Graham, representing Bloomfield Parents for Music spoke of a fundraiser that will assist with the costs of the trip. What is New in the Elementary, Middle and High Schools Scott Donnelly, Elementary Principal, shared the new 5 STAR Program and AIS Restructure and presented the following: - 2 -

DEBRIEFS Michael Midey, Superintendent - Mr. Midey shared that chapters 1 and 2 should be read for the Mindset book study for the October 21, 2015 meeting. - Mr. Midey reminded the board that the Graduates of Distinction luncheon is Saturday, September 26, 2015 at the Holloway House. - Mr. Midey shared that Homecoming is this week and the parade is on Saturday. Caroline Nevil, Board Member - Mrs. Nevil shared that she attended the Four County Steering Committee meeting and met with Regents Norwood and Brown. The Committee feels that the Commissioner of Education will attend a future Four County meeting. Pam Nakoski, Board President - Mrs. Nakoski gave an update of the Four County Board of Director s meeting and reminded the board of the upcoming Four County General Membership meeting on October 6, 2015. - Mrs. Nakoski shared that the NYSSBA conference is in NYC this year, if anyone is interested in attending. - 12 -
